Please read the Renter's responsibilities carefully. You must agree to the Renter's responsibilities to rent the facilities.


Renter's responsibilities:

1. Renter must be 25 years of age or older and provide proof of Identification upon signing rental agreement.

2. Damage deposit is required with signed rental agreement.

3. Liquor license and insurance for the event are required if liquor will be served.

4. Renter must restrict attendance to invited guests and accept responsibility for the conduct of all those in attendance.

5. Renter must restrict activities that may cause a fire, safety or health hazard.

6. The centre is a smoke free building. All smoking must be restricted to the parking lot on the south side of the building.

    The renter is responsible to clean-up used smoking materials after their event.

7. Renter may choose to be responsible for set up and clean up or may choose to pay for that service.

    Clean up requirements include:

       ・Stacking and storage of all tables and chairs.

       ・Cleaning of kitchen counters and mopping of kitchen floor.

       ・Sweeping of all floors including mopping of spills.

       ・Bagging of garbage and placement in outside receptacle.

       ・Removal of all decorations including tape.

       ・Clean the refrigerator and freezer.

Multipurpose Hall

4,800 square feet, capacity of 330 banquet style; 528 theatre style

High ceiling (28 feet) with 6 sectional lights (not dimming lights)

$120/hour (5hours minimum) or $1200/day (12pm - 12am)

Any size of stage can be provided as requested (additional cost)

Cleaning service can be arranged (additional cost)

Maximum of 26 round tables (accommodating 8-10 people) and 300 chairs will be provided. Kitchen,bar, and hallway is connected.

Conference Room

800 square feet, capacity of 50 classroom style; 100 theatre style

$50/hour (3hours minimum) or  $400/day (12pm - 12am)

Podium, tables, projector, screen and chairs can be provided as requested (no extra charge)

Cleaning service can be arranged (additional cost of 20 dollars)

Class room/ Boardroom

250 square feet, capacity of 15 classroom style; 30 theatre style

$25/hour (3hours minimum) or  $200/day (12pm - 12am)

Dance Studio

800 square feet

$50/hour (3hours minimum) or  $400/day (12pm - 12am)


600 square feet

$25/hour (3hours minimum) or  $200/day (12pm - 12am)

No kitchen supplies (forks, knives, spoons, dishes, pan, pots, and etc) are included

Perfect for cooking classes or simple food preparation. *Please note that this is not a commercial grade kitchen.
